My little article about Corporate Ethics


The corporate is called "A group of individual acting whole as in one business" and Corporate ethis is called "The person who has involed in corporate activities should follow the Organisational behaviour(OB) and structure"The organisational structure has to differentiate in to two ways. 1. Formal 2. InformalThe formal structure seems like the following way. Managing Derector Vice President General Managers Divisional Managers Mangers Officers The informal structure we can descriped to any way. It seems started at any level such as MD,VP..etc..we cann't descriped any pertinent structure.
The second one is Organisation Behaviour(OB).It is key concept of corporate ethics.who are the persons involved in corporate activites must follow the OB.It's decriped into the person how to behave inside the corporate and provide some principles to corporate persons too.
The Organisation culture would like to the following way provide the some principle to every coporate persons.
1) The persons must keep up the punctuality(It is the most important activity in every organisation) according to the corporate norms.
2) The best interaction among the corporate people will give the well organized groups.It's rendering to the good team management in the corporate.
3) i) The person should expose the good body language during the meeting time with his/her upper level people (Like MD,VP,etc...). ii) Please make sure we have note book.Before going to meeting/discussion.
4) Avoid the illegal activites (Sitting like downwords in the seat,talk to others by phone too sound,take the phone calls more then three rings,put too much sound in mobile phones) who has the person involved in office time.
The impressions of corporate culture is following way. 1.Professional growth. 2.Rate of turn over. 3.Dress 4.Leadership 5.Internal Communication. 6.Value of organization 7.Value of employee.
